THE PROJECT
The Burke High School athletic facilities renovation will serve students, athletes, performers, spectators, families and coaches for generations to come. By bringing the stadium up to current standards and building codes, we will increase the functionality, capacity and versatility for all those who use the fields, track and amenities.
As the home of the Nebraska State Track meet, the renovated venue and parking lots will keep the longstanding tradition alive. With your support, Burke Stadium will continue to attract visitors from around the country while generating millions of dollars in economic revenue for City of Omaha and local businesses.
FACTS & ECONOMIC IMPACT
The Nebraska State Track Meet has been hosted at Burke High School for the past 47 years. Families from all over the state make memories here and the Omaha community is economically impacted as a result of this event that highlights student athletic achievements.
